This is a Wholesale Price List intended only for
those licensed in buying and selling nursery products. This cancels all previous
lists and quotations and is subject to change without notice. This catalog is
used only to establish prices for the season indicated. For current availability
on all stock, please call our office at (503)631-2059, or check out our web site
at www.m-s-growers.com.
All orders will be acknowledged based upon inventory estimates. At the time
of shipping, should order adjustments need to be made, we will substitute the
closest possible variety and size as the acknowledged order.
Terms:
Cash, unless credit is approved. To those who have established credit
with us and a history for prompt payment, terms are net 30 days. Overdue
accounts are subject to a service charge of 1 1/2% per month. All payments apply
to interest first, then to outstanding oldest invoices. All prices are F.O.B.
our nursery.
Claims:
Claims must be made immediately upon receipt of goods. Any unsatisfactory stock
must be reported within 5 days after arrival and held for advice from us as to
disposition. We do not guarantee plants to live after accepted in good
condition. Total liability shall be limited to replacement or refund of
purchase price.
Assessments:
Orders held beyond normal season or specified shipment date are subject to a
holding assessment of 10% of the purchase price. Orders pulled by request, but
not picked up within 5 days of the date specified by customer, will be charged a
minimum of $25.00 or a 10% restocking fee, whichever is greater.
Grading/Quality:
M.S. Growers, Inc. uses at minimum the grading standards adopted by the American
Association of Nurserymen.
Shipping:
All shipments travel at the risk and expense of the purchaser. Our
responsibility ceases upon delivery to carrier.
Guarantee:
M.S. Growers, Inc. guarantees that all nursery stock purchased will be in
good condition when shipped. We make every effort to fill all orders that we
acknowledge, but the availability of these plants is subject to crop failures,
or crop shortages, due to circumstances beyond our control.
